1999 Mercury Sable Not Firing

Hello, my car is turning over but will not fire. I pulled out one of the spark plugs and nothing no spark but it cranks just won't fire. I was told to look at the inginition coil's and all the sensors to see if I am getting any juice. Where do I start? I do not want to take it in if I do not have to.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
