1989 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

my car has been overheating all the time so I replaced the waterpump and the thermostat but I dont no if it still overheats I havent drove it since but I noticed the fan dosent turn on when the car got hot and I cant tell if it is the fan motor or if it is a fuse I cant see any burnt fuses but I dont if I should replace the fan or get a fuse

I noticed the fan dosent turn on when the car got hot If it doesn't come on the engine will overheat, direct power to the fan motor if it comes on-check the relay, coolant temperature sensor or the engine temperature gauge sender/switch
