Lock issue, 98 Mountaineer 150,000 mileage

Hi. Problem is lock works on driver door but unlock doesn't, whether using powerlock or key. Power is getting to actuator. If you use the key to unlock it won't turn completely to right to unlock. Can use inside handle to open door though. Is this actuator or mechanical?

You will need to remove the door panel and check it out. Try taking the retainer clip off the actuator and see if it operates with no other rods attached to it if not replace it. If you have a test light check for power while activating the switch.
