1998 Mercury Mountaineer V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

my blower was working fine until I refilled my ac unit with freon and it stopped blowing hot or cold air does refilling the ac unit cause this to fail?

The blower motor job's is to blow out the cold and hot air filling it with R134a should not affect its operation, you have an electrical issue here. Could be the blower motor itself, the resistor, control switch, HVAC control module-
