Where is the AC drain tube located on a 19196 Mercury Marquis V8 and how do I unclog it

The ac drain tube is located on the passengers side near the firewall under the car. You will need to raise the car safety.

Once you find the tube used compressed air or a wire to poke up into the drain this will clear the obstruction and make the water flow again.
