I have a 1999 clk 320. I was in an accident and need to replace the driver's side steering wheel airbag. Can you please give me step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
Thanks

First disconnect the battery. Next access the mounting screws for the airbag from the back side of the steering wheel. There are two Torx screws that hold the airbag in and are set deep into the back of the steering wheel. Once these two are loosened the airbag assembly will come out. Next disconnect both electrical leads by popping up the orange retaining clip with a pocket screw driver then pulling the electrical connectors out. Install in reverse order.
