2000 Mazda Protege. My daughter bought this car YESTERDAY. It did not even make it home. She was driving and it started surging kind of like the transmission was acting up, then it started making this terrible noise. Before she vould even pull over, the temp guage went waty up and smoke started coming out of the hood, then it died.
