Car will not turn over

My madza was working fine, then all of a sudden it will not turn over, I have replace the starter and still nothing. Every thing else is fine. I need help

Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?Also is the security light on solid or flashing while trying to start it?

So the security light is on solid?If so thats why its not starting.

Figure out that my positive side of the battery post was rust and bad that it needed to be change.
