although the belts have been changed my car is still doing a very loud squeeling noise what could this be.

Try to listen to where the noise is coming from specifically under the hood. It seems like you may have bearings going bad in one of the main components (i.E. Water pump, alternator, idler pulley, etc.). Listen closely to each one that the belt is around.
