1993 Mazda Protege Fluid replacement

1993 Mazda Protege 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I recently replaced both left and right CV drive axles on this vehicle. When I removed the old ones I loss some fuild from both sides of the gear box/tranny. This is a 5 speed gear box. Where do I refill it and how much should be in it? The amount that came out might fill half of a large coffe can. Please help! Thank you!
