Ny 98 626 4cyl. Is having problems starting. The Haynes Manual says check (jump pins) on the fuel pump relay. I can not find this in the manual. Under the hood next to the black fuse/relay bos are three grey relays. I am assuming it is one of these. I can not find out what any of these three are in the manual. Please help.

If I remember correctly it is either the one closest to the driver fender or the middle one, but not sure at this time. What kind of trouble is your car giving you as far as hard to start?

You might be on the right track though as fuel pumps were not uncommon on those years of 626.

Yah it is hard to hear. Take the top fuel line off the fuel filter and get someone to crank the engine. Is there fuel coming out of the filter? If not you have something either wrong with the wiring to the pump or the pump itself. Also check the EGI fuse in the fuse box under the hood
