Fuel pump regulator

1993, Mazda, 626, 4cyl, auto. Fuel is getting to the fuel pump regulator but no further regulator is pulling a vacuum. The fuel pump is on no fuel going pass the fuel pump regulator I change regulators and it still doing the same thing. Will run when for a second when adding choke cleaner in the breather. Fuel is not going pass the regulator the car was operating properly before this happen.

It has to get thru the injector/s to fire up. Listen to the injectors are they clicking-if not check for power on the injectors connector-preferably using a noid lite-Do you have power? or the noid lite flashing.
