1996 Mazda 626 got a mystery with this one. Wont start

So check this out the car turns over, gets spark and has great compression now I turn the car over and the engine floods so I take out the spark plugs dry them and I cleaned the whole engine along with replacing countless parts please help me out!

Check the timing. The belt may have skipped a tooth. IF it spins over faster than normal the belt may be broke.

Well good news is this isn't an interference engine, so maybe there might be a little money left over ;-)
