1993 Mazda 626 Low Idle on 93 626 2.0L, 5spd

Car is idling low, base idle was reset at dealer about a year ago due to same problem, 5 min and 95 bucks, I read somewhere but can't remember where that it can be reset through the DLC by grounding a pin, if so which pin and where is the dlc on this car. Any help appreciated

The DLC is on the drivers side near the power distribution box-jumper TEN and GND then adjust it see below-also do the computer relearn

Is the DLC under the dash or hood, are the pins numbered for easy ID or do you have a pic. Thanks

Its under the hood next to the power distribution box-it will show the pins under the cover

The procedure you sent in your response for relearn drive is cut off for the manual transmission after the first line, can you include it please, also is the pin 10 grounding procedure done key on engine off.
