1997 Mazda 626 engine problem

I rings my car a week ago, and the crankshaft was resized from standard to o20, when driving the car it cannot climb even small slope, and when I am driving in gear 1and 2, the engine idles low, so what can I do to remedy the situation?

Im not sure what you mean by "I rings my engine." Can you explain? Also, let me know if the check engine light is on.

What I meant is that I changed the piston rings. For the check engine light, it is on. I also observed that there is oil in the combustion chamber
