1999 Mazda 323 no spark

Hi I have a 1999 mazda 323f I took it to a mazda dealer who has had it for 3 weeks to diagnose why the car has no spark they have done every test possible is what they are saying and still cannot find out why its not sparking and there meant to be experts? Does anyone else know why I am not getting no spark as my bill with mazda is becoming silly and they have not fixed it. Thanks

# Disconnect the fuel pump relay connector.
# Verify each high-tension lead and connector is connected properly.
# Inspect the ignition system in the following procedure. WARNING: High voltage in the ignition system can cause strong electrical shock which can result in serious injury. Avoid direct contact to the vehicle body during the following spark test
