Metal on metal grinding from front drivers side tire

There is a metal on metal grinding from front drivers side tire. Pulled tire off brake rotors are very loose. Tighten up noticed bolt missing from caliber on bottom. Will replace that, but grinding still there. Can you help?

Also forgot to tell you grinding only when step on brake pedal. Pads have been checked they are good and rotors look good.

Good afternoon,

It does sounds like the pads are hitting the rotor. I would remove the wheel again and remove the caliper and rotor and inspect.
