Engine not starting

Hi
Please help. My car listed above has a 1.6 liter, 2003. Management light is flashing and does not start. I have to wait for up to five to ten minutes before it start.

Hello,

When you turn the key on (engine not cranking) can you here the fuel pump in the tank run? Here is a guide that can help:
