Truck starts and idles okay, I can drive a short distance and loses power. Replaced knock sensor, replaced throttle positioning sensor, It does take off slowly then picks up like I said; then can drive for a short distance and starts running rough.

Good morning,

This could be from low fuel pressure. I would check the actual pressure.

It could also be a clogged catalytic converter. If it is blocked, the engine cannot breathe and will result in low power.

Before I replace fuel pump, I noticed I could hear fuel pump come on. Does that mean fuel pump is okay?

No, it does not. You can have the pump working but if the pressure is too low, it will cause your issue.
