Loses power when turning left

When I start out from a stop it loses power when I turn left?

Just to clarify, is the vehicle losing power when you turn left or are you losing power steering when you turn left?

Vehicle looses power. Power steering is not affected.

Okay. Then we need to test the fact that the turning left is only when this issue happens. Can you go to a parking lot and turn the wheel left and get it to act up and then just turn the wheel straight and see if the engine still has low power?

The reason is, unless something is binding when turning left the causes of low power don't really have anything to do with turning. Here are some guides that go through these things:
