Engine Performance problem
1988 Isuzu Trooper 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I have a Isuzu Trooper that loses power and cuts out real bad at about 2500 rpm. Runs fine and idles fine below that. I have replaced the O2 senser, distributor cap, rotor cap, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump, fuel filter and coil. Can you give me some ideas on what to look at next?

Thanks,
Rob

Check the crank and cam position sensors, and mass airflow sensor.
Thanx

Is there a way to test those sensors? Continuity test or voltage testing of some sort?

Continuity is how we usually like to test them. It sounds like you know how to test them?

The mass airflow sensor may just need a good cleaning, I would try that first, then check each of them with a multimeter.
