Loose tilt on steering column

Disassembled to replace ignition. Did not use wheel puller. Just yanked the steering wheel off now it is really wobbly inside the housing. I do not have the four "inverse torque bolt" just four regular bolts in birdfoot pattern and they are all tight. How do I tighten the column?

You have to disassemble the column down to the tilt assembly, then you can get to the bolts that hold the tilt assembly to the column base. You will need the special tool to remove the pivot pins to get the base off enough to get to the bolts that hold it together or watch this:

If you have already gotten that far and the bolts are tight. Remove them and see if you pulled the threads. There is not anything under the rest of it that would cause the tilt to loosen up unless the housing is damaged.
