The Haynes book says "on 2.4l engines the oil pressure sending unit is located above the oil filter near the rear of the engine block."

I looked and I don't see any sensors near the oil filter. Could you please post a diagram showing the location of this sensor on the 4 cylinder engine for the van listed above?

Hello,

I have included a diagram of the Oil Pressure Sensor in the diagrams down below. Please get back to us with how everything turns out and I hope this helps.

Thanks,

On that diagram is it looking at the rear of the engine? It says "FWD" in an arrow which seems like it says it's the forward part of the engine but the only thing I can find on it that looks like the oil pressure sensor is on the rear of the engine toward the transmission.

Hello again,

The arrow points to the front of the vehicle, so the sensor will be on the front side of the engine.

Thanks,
Alex
