While driving home the van stopped, the oil warning light came on, oil level was 1.5 quarts low, after adding oil to proper level it continues to stop every 20 to 30 minutes. I'm not sure if I should change the oil pressure sensor, oil level sensor or even the oil pump. Check engine light is not on and my code reader is not reading back any codes.

try using choke cleaner and clean the throttle plate onboth sides. they gunk up with oil and carbon. then change your fuel filter as well. if it continues , see if it is only a wet weather thing or if you hit bumps, etc. also clean your battery cables..
