Where is the Fuse for On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) located?

Engine light came on and attempted to have the code read. The code reader did not light up and was told the fuse was probably out. The car manual doesn't specifically say where this fuse is.

Hi,

The power supply to the DLC is provided by the cigarette lighter fuse in the under-hood fuse box. It's fuse 13 and is a 20-amp fuse.

If you look at pic 1 below, I provided the wiring schematic of the DLC and highlighted the fuse that sends power to pin 16,

When you check the fuse, make sure it is good. Also, make sure there is power to and from it.
