I have a p0452 code, and I was wondering about the location of it, and if it is on top of the fuel tank, if I have to drop the fuel tank to access and change the sensor.

On that truck it is on top of the fuel tank in a tube that also goes to the vent system. To access it you need to remove the tank. However, you might be able to reach up and unplug it to get the harness out for testing. To test you would use a meter to check for the 5-volt reference and the ground. Then you can check the signal pin to see if it has a problem. I have seen that code set because of chaffed wires as well as corrosion in the connector causing the 5-volt reference to drop.
