1997 Lincoln Town Car radio cut off

Hay well last night as I was leaving to go home from work I let one of my co work start the car now he told me today the he unlock the passenger door and then the driver door now as I got into the and press the brake the radio and clock when out so I pull over and check the fuses and all of them where good so I cut the car off and start it the radio and clock was on but as I hit the brake it cuts off and the back break lights wont come on when I press the break and the window wont comedown and turning signal wont either. BUt when I turn the key back to acc all the way back the radio can clock works fine so i"m thinking it has something to do with the anti theft system. So please can u help me?

I have a 98 TC and one time the interior light would't go out.I removed the negative battery cable for about 10 minutes, and it's been fine since the summer when it happened. I had no check engine light on.
