put a junk yard motor in it has spark and fuel presser checked crank and cam sensors there good all connects and grounds are good cranks but wont run

You got snapping blue spark-now check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also check for injector/s pulses. If okay verify the valve and ignition timing.

I understand how to test injector pulse. How do I test timing without the vehical running? Thank you

Do a static timing-Put no. 1 piston on its compression stroke and line the markings at the crankpulley and timing scale to 0/TDC
