Check all fuses with a test light to verify power to the relay. The relay is on the right front inner fender along with the power relay. The green connector is the fuel pump relay

Check the relay as I suggested by feeling if it engages with the key on or cranking. It will only stay on for 2 seconds with key on engine off

Pukk the relay and test for 2 12 volt feeds when key is on.

If you have both feds and the relay is clicking, the pcm grounds the relay for operation and it sounds like it is doing its job.

The next step is to check for power to the pump.

If you have power to the fuel pump, as you said, the only thing that is the failure is the pump.

If you have 12 volts to the pump, verify there is a ground. Check the wiring from the top of the module down to the pump.

You have a problem with the wiring between the plug and the pump.

No, it will not work. You need to find the failure and repair it
