I have 2002 lincoln ls v8 3.9L it had this big rough shaking problem and I figured it was coils that it needed so I had my mechanic put it thru a computer test nd three cylinders were misfiring so I got the coils put in nd it stopped the shakin. For a little bit. After I had the car for three days the shake came back and it was overheating within 10 and 15 mins so I tooke it back and my mechanic took the coil out from the first bank on the right side then he took the spark plug out nd it had antifreeze on it and then he told me that it was very bad and I might need a head gaskett a thermostat and a water pump. Please can anyone tell me how would I go about fixing this issue nd wat price range am I looking at to fix this head gaskett problem cuz its the only problem it has

If the head gasket is blown, your engine isn't worth fixing. Because overheating is the only thing that'll blow a head gasket at this mileage. Which also means the head and/or block is also probably warped, and there's probably other damage as well.

Paying to r&r that head gasket would be like giving a liver transplant to a drug addict.

You'll be better off finding a used engine with as low miles as you can. But FIRST have the engine checked out by a mechanic you trust. (Mainly a compression check)

You'll only spend a few hundred more if at all, and the used engine should come with a warranty.
