2000 lincoln ls wont start

I have a 2000 lincoln ls with a hundred thousand miles on it . when I try to start it the engines wont rotate at all and the battery is brand new whats wrong with it

Does the starter engage? does it just click or does it make no sounds at all?

If the starter engages you will hear a loud CLUNK if thats the case then the eng. may be locked up

if it just clicks it may be a bad starter

if no sounds... may be a security problem or some other starting circuit problem
