Will not start after installing radio

I was trying to put a radio in my car, all the sudden my car stopped working. It turns over but does not start or anything. It also says "engine data se.

You probably blew a fuse. Check/test all of them-refer to this link for cranks and no start: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start
