Car died while driving. I have replaced crank sensor cam sensor. The car has pats but key in run etc no flashing antitheft light. Coils and injectors have power key in run. No spark no injector pulse. Motor cranks. Checked all fuses ip and engine. Replaced pcm relay next to ip fuse panel. Swapped relays in engine compartment pcm relay. The pcm diode was swapped with an 03 e350 5.4 liter van. Diode is ok e350 runs. I put a test light from neg battery terminal on e350 to both connectors where pcm diode plugs in. On the e350 1 is ground the other is power test light glows (bright) and energises relays and fuel pump. On the lincoln same test energises fuel pump and relays very (dim) test light. The pcm diode has test pins lik a fuse I use a voltmeter and get nothing and a test light nothing key in run. Bad ground? Or a bad connection? No codes Thanks

If relays are dim, then I would trace them back to source for bad connection. Use the meter to see how many volts you are getting, then do a ohms check on the wires for resistance

What kind of history does the car have? Other problems before? Any aftermarket equipment installed? Our resident Ford man is leaning toward the PCM since it isnt setting any codes on no-start which it should if something isnt working

I awapped pcms got a code p1000. No spark. I ordered the evtm I will first see if there is a way to test the pcm diode then go down the tree from there. I have a tach adapter I called autometer they told me it will act as a pass through. I even disconnected it.
