No heat

I have a 94 Lincoln Continital 3.8 liter engine with 202000 miles and the question is I am not getting nothing but cold air blowing out even after changing a bad heater core and a new water pump and thermostat and sensors and the digital display control and so called heater control and I am wondering if there is one particular damper door that can switch from cold to hot and if so where is it located.

Don't know if this will work on 94 but try hitting off and floor at the same time, then within 2 secs hit auto, if 25 comes up it's the blend door sticking or the actuator.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
