No boost and won't build more than 3,000 RPMs. Rough idle and definite smell of gas. Bluetooth reader hooked to it and I changed camshaft position sensor, MAP in intake and boost pressure/MAP sensor in air intake pipe. Also said misfire on #1 cylinder so I changed all four plugs and coil packs. Checked wastegate and checked adjustment. The wastegate solenoid is my next guess. I hear no clicking nor can I feel anything when power is turned on. Thank you

This very well could be the issue. However, now that you replaced all these parts, I assume the issue is no different?

If that is the case then we need to drive vehicle again so it acts up, then check codes again. We need to get what current codes are in the vehicle.

Here is a guide that will help with pulling codes:

Here is a guide that talks about this issue in general. I don't think this is what is happening with your vehicle but this is a pretty common issue that is caused by many things so this link is more for others:

Please let us know what the current codes are and we can go from there. Thanks

Okay. Check engine light still on and on steady. No blinking. Re-scanned and no new codes. Shows three permanent codes and those are the three I fixed. And the car does seem to run a little better but it is still rough idle but will seemingly smooth out around 2,000 RPMs. The smell of gas is still there but not as strong. Still no boost and only 3,000 RPMs.

Okay. What are the codes? If they are still there and the check engine light is still on then they are not fixed. You may have replaced the sensors that are involved but unfortunately that was not the issue.

Can you let us know what the P codes are and we can go from there? Thanks

Okay. Put the car back together and drove it about 6 miles and returned and hooked the reader to it. The codes by the cars internal computer were
P0069 and P0342. The code reader threw the same two codes under confirmed trouble codes and pending trouble codes. It also threw under permanent trouble codes
P0340, P0069, P0106, P0342, P0105, and P0300. The codes P0069 and P0342 I thought I fixed. But evidently not. Of course the check engine light is still on steady.

That is good info. I attached the testing that we need to run through in order to find out what the issue is. However, it is most likely a PCM as that is what they all have in common. I would go through the testing because they are not cheap enough to just take a shot at it.

Please let us know if you have questions. Thanks
