Why is my ABS light on and what does it mean?

Good afternoon,

The ABS system has a fault stored in the module. You can have the code read at any parts store. Once we know the code, we can further help you narrow the are of failure.

With the light on, you can still drive the car and the brakes will work fine. The ABS will be out of service until the failure is repaired. The most common issue is the wheel speed sensors but the code will us narrow the area of failure.
