1994 Lexus ES 300 excessive power drain

When my car is idleing the lights go dim and if I have the heater on it hardly blows anything. Plus the it starts feel like its going to die. If I press the gas pedal and rev it up the light go bright and the heater blows good and everything seams fine for about 30 seconds then it has the same problem. It also seams to have start when the roads are wet.

I would start with getting the alternator charge rate tested, and have the battery load tested, also I would have a current draw test dome on the system, you mechanic or auto elect will be able to do this for you, if it has started with damp weather, report this to them as well, as they will need to inspect all the electrical plugs for damp proofing and corrosion on the terminals, start here.
