Left Turn Indicator Quick Speed after bulb replacement

My left turn indicator still flashes quick. The left front bulb does not turn on, even after I replaced it. I believe it's one long, then the rest quick. I did hit a deer a couple of months back and they replaced the entire light and front end. It had been working. What do I need to do to get it working?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

First, and don't laugh, did you use the correct bulb?

If you did, then I need you to check if there is power to the socket. You can use a test light for the test.
