It is a bit involved but not all that difficult. The engine lifting is using a support bar. Many parts stores have them as loaner tools or if you are handy, you can make one out of lumber. All it needs to do is allow you to lift the engine up and then hold it in position after you unbolt the engine mounts. Then you drain the oil and loosen the A/C compressor and remove the bottom bolt from it (it goes into the oil pan, so the bolt has to come out. Then you unbolt the coolant pump off the side of the pan and just move it out of the way. Next you remove the pan bolts and tap the pan to get it to drop free. Now you clean the surfaces very well, clean out the oil pump pick-up screen and wipe out the pan. Once it's all clean you apply the 2mm bead of sealer to the pan. And reverse the process to install the pan. Install the pan bolts then the 4 that go into the transaxle. Torque those 4 to 55 ft lb first. Then torque the other pan bolts to 18 ft lb in the order shown. Now just reverse the rest of the process. The last pics show the support bars, the blue one is the GM spec unit that sells for around $1,500.00 while the red one is the more common version that is under $100.00.

Thank you so very much. Removing the parts don't seem that bad, just lifting of the motor, I noticed the motor has lift bars 1 in front corner and the other diagonal corner in the back. Is that right, not sure how you would position the lift bar itself like that to lift it. Thank you so very much for information.

You just use chains to lift it up. There are multiple videos showing the lifting systems in use.
