I just replace my radiator and my vehicle is still leaking and ever time I drive it it goes slow and it seems like it wants to stop.

Have the coolant system pressure checked for an internal leak like a head gasket.

Only if the fan does not work at idle and when the air conditioner is on while driving, it does not matter to much. It would not leak coolant anyhow it would blow it out the reservoir and your engine gauge would say hot or towards that, but have it pressure checked anyhow.

Pressure check this as I think you have a head gasket going out or have a professional look at it. If it was the thermostat it would over heat almost immediately, but there would be no power loss.
