Also, when I turn on the left blinker for turn the blink rate of signal lights is very fast. The blink rate of the right side of vehicle, where I have not yet installed a new LED headlight/turn signal light module remains the same.

Hello,

As the LED light requires less energy to operate, it causes the hyper flashing of the bulb. Also, it has lower resistance and that is why the lamp out light is on.
You will need to install a resistor for the turn signal. There are resistors that can be purchased, which you can splice between the ground and the turn signal wire on the socket. This will provide adequate resistance and the light will not hyper flash. This should also get rid of the light out warning on the dash.
These resistors are typically 50W 6 Ohm, rating.
You will need one for each side for the front. If you do the back, you will need one for each corner as well.

There are some online sources that sell those resistors that plug in rather than splice. But on those they are vehicle specific.

I have attached a picture for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
