I’m getting a knocking noise I think it’s from the rear when driving over bumps or cracks slowly. I can sometimes feel the knocks on my feet when I’m driving the car. The noise has been happening since I got the car. I’ve changed the sway bar end links, sway bar bushings, upper control arms and rear and front suspension. I’ve even taken out the spare and the jack and Tool kit and the noise persist. It’s hard to record the noise since it’s in the rear my phone also moves around but I did the best I could. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see the video can you please re-upload it, give it some time. I would check the subframe bolts with can come loose and make the noise you are describing. Also, does the frame have rust? If so the subframe could be broken. Images of the frame would help as well. I would use your knee on the front and then rear bumper to move the car up and down to see if you can isolate the noise from either the front or rear. This guide can help
