Loud knocking noise and engine is losing power

Car was making a low ticking sound when gas was pressed. Now it's a loud knocking sound all the time and it's losing power. Sounds like its coming from motor but don't know where. Please help.

Can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear what you hear to make a diagnosis of where it is coming from and what needs to be done?
