Knock noise on front passenger side when turning

When I turn I hear a loud knock on the front passenger side.

More then likely this is a loose suspension component like a ball joint, or control arm, or even part of the steering system.

Can you get a recording of the noise? Does this happen when turning both directions and how hard to you have to turn? What about moving or sitting still?

The last thing I am thinking is it could be a loose wheel so we need to check that as well.
