I HAD THE CYLINDER HEAD REPLACED AND NOW THE ENGINE RUNS ROUGH AND CUTS OFF AT IDLE. THE FUEL FILTER WAS REPLACED

Was it running rough prior to the head replacement? Is the check engine light on? There is a possibility that the shop forgot to connect something back when making the repair.
