My car is hard to start. It takes several cranks to turnover. Seems like it's not getting fuel.

Alan, Cances are the fuel pump is bleeding off pressure which is requiring everything to rebuild pressure. you need to start by checking fuel pump pressure and bleed off. Go to the checking fuel pump pressure under popular service repairs.
