How do I remove the rotors on my Kia? After much frustration, I finally got the two phillips screws off and didn't think I needed to remove the center 32mm nut. Well, after not being able to remove the rotor I tried removing the nut. After standing on my 1/2 breaker bar I was still unable to remove the nut. Can someone tell if it actually needs to be taken off?

Thank you!

Hello,

After the caliper and bracket is out of the way and those 2 screws removed from the rotor, you will be able to remove the rotor. The center hub nut does not need to be removed.
The rotor is likely just seized on the hub.
Use a mallet and tap on the rotor to break it loose.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
