Are you refering to the heater blower motor or the radiator cooling fan?

Hearter. It's funny, it will blow and then stop and when I touch the switch to turn it off and tehn on again it just starts back up. Could it be a short in the switch itself

Based on what you just described, yes. I would replace the switch.
