2002 Kia Spectra Car stalls to get speed

I had my check engine on to the code misfire I found out my misfire was from a broken spark plug wire so I got that replace and check engine went off I also had a broken ignition coil harness and got that replace on car today but did not reset the computer like after I got my spark plug wires change can that cause the stalling still or it is something different and no check engine light is on

If you go to an auto parts store like Autozone or Advance, they will read and clear the codes for free but if the light went out and cam back on, you still have an unresolved issue.

Ok so clearing the codes will stopping the stalling since I just replaced the ignition coil harness and the check engine has not came back on since the replace of broken spark plug wires

No, it will not stop the stalling. That's another issue that needs to be troubleshooted.
