2003 Kia Sorento coolant smell

For the last 2 days whenever we park the kia we smell coolant very strong, but no leak?

The coolant overflow reservoir can crack and possibly leak only when at operating temp. Another possibility is a plastic "T" fitting near the firewall on the passenger side which goes to the interior heater exchanger. I have had failures of both of these parts.
